Children under elementary school age will only be charged the facility usage fee.(1,500 yen for elementary school students / 500 yen for preschoolers aged 3 and over)

If you are bringing a pet, we ask that they wear a diaper that covers their bottom.

Although there is no obligation to present the card, only pets that have been vaccinated will be allowed in the facility. In the unlikely event of a dispute with other customers, the store will not take responsibility, so we ask that customers resolve the issue between themselves.

If any accidents or damages occur, we will charge you a cleaning fee and a repair fee.

Cancellation between 7 and 4 days prior: 50%

Cancellation between 3 days before and the day before: 100%

Cancellation on the day or without notice: 100%
